1. Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange, depending on your preference and the availability of the product.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged item as proof.

4. Exchanges

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item within 30 days for a refund.

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, import duties, or taxes that may apply. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
